Well, where do I begin..? It was a very long day this year covering the event as part of the Marathon Photos team. From arriving in South Shields before sunrise to beat the road closures, to finding the Parking Meter was broken in the sea front car park, so bonus, free parking all day. This years Great North Run 2014 was special for two reasons, Mo Farah won his 1st ever Great North Run, and 51-year-old grandmother Tracey Cramond became the millionth runner to cross the finish line since the event started back in 1981. …and for the 1st time in a few years the rain stayed away! Redcar Regatta 2014 – The Final Report

On the 14th/15th June 2014 we provided photographic coverage for the British Landsailing’s Redcar Regatta 2014. The event was held on Majuba Beach in Redcar & going by the previous year promised some good, high speed action. However, the typically un-predictable British weather played it’s part, with no wind till the last 45 minutes on Day One, which only allowed time for 2 races before the incoming tide halted proceedings. Day Two saw wind from 1st thing in the morning! This allowed 9 races to be held during the day, 3 races in each class, and provided some good racing in each. Redcar Half Marathon 2013 – Update #3

All images from the 2013 Redcar Half Marathon have now been uploaded. At present the images are still being tagged, which is taking a while as there are over 4600 of them. So, some will show in the search, some will not. If your image doesn’t show in the search yet you can find it in the relevant Bib Number gallery, but, there are approx 600+ images in each gallery. Images that are not in the Bib Number galleries may well be in the No Bib Numbers and Groups gallery as there were quite a lot of bib numbers not visible or not shown.
